We all need motivation to make healthy choices, workout and take care of ourselves. So that is why I decided to dedicate each Wednesday to Wellness.


Fitness tip of the day: The fastest way to firm a muscle is to contract it & not release the hold. The movement you do while you are contracting the muscle- whether its lifting weights or bellydance camel...is bonus! Here is me contracting my abs during an undulation.

I do a zumba toning class & my instructor has us do these.....maybe oneday I will look like its 2nd nature like her, but until then I do my best not to hit the floor. haha These are killers, but I secretly love them.
