GoddessLife Woman of the Week Wednesdays

GoddessLife Woman of the Week Wednesdays

It's GoddessLife Woman of the Week Wednesday! Here at GoddessLife HQ, we feature a woman who embodies the highest possible expression of her nature. Honoring the brilliance in other women will help all of us on our path to living our own true potential.

European Member of Parliament, Licia Ronzulli (an MEP from Italy), took her seven-week old daughter, Victoria, to work at the European Parliament in Strasbourg. She kept her baby carefully cradled against her in a wrap and occasionally leaned to kiss her on the forehead. This photo was taken as she voted on proposals to improve women's employment rights.

Until 1928 no woman in Europe could even vote. We have indeed come a long way in a relatively short period of time.

The European Parliament stinks of corruption more than the local ones and all positive rights come at the barrel of a gun. There is no good there even when populist sentiments are appeased.

Being in the position of boss with many women as our work partners, I have fought for decades to encourage newborns to be in the office all the way up to the playpen stage.... Those mothers have been some of the best, most creative, productive and devoted work partners. Thank you, Licia
