Promote being an Artist

My main Goal for 2010 is to learn how to promote myself as an artist. ( bellydance art & goddess art) I want to change my habit of procrastinating and take action and propel myself forward and out into the public eye with my art! I would Love for my art to decorate the walls of bellydance/yoga studios everywhere helping to create beauty & a sacred space to dance in I am already doing things to advertise myself, but am always open to "thinking outside of the box" so to speak.So any ideas,advice,etc. are welcome!
