Goddess Workout® Teacher Training Instruction and License

The Goddess Workout Teacher Training Instruction has a three-tiered purpose:

  • Provide tools for teaching The Goddess Workout class
  • Deepen one's personal practice of Bellydance
  • Create or expand your own Goddess Life!

Course Description

The Goddess Workout is the world-renowned exercise program originated by Dolphina. By combining bellydance with fitness, along with her philosophy of embracing the goddess within, Dolphina has created an exercise that is sexy, sacred, empowering, and fun.

The Teacher Training will cover:

  • Music, costumes, history, movement, and fitness principles of bellydance
  • Dolphina's GoddessLife Philosophy - how to discover, nourish, and celebrate your Goddess within and empower other women
  • How to create, design, promote, and facilitate your own Goddess Workout Class

Requirements:

  • Desire to empower other women with The Goddess Workout.
  • Working knowledge of most of the skills and philosophy taught on The Goddess Workout DVD series and Dolphina's Bellydance Book.

All registered students will receive a comprehensive Goddess Workout Teacher Training Handbook. Graduates receive a Certificate of Completion, providing international recognition that you have completed The Goddess Workout Teacher Training.

Students who choose to purchase a yearly Goddess Workout teaching license at the end of the Teacher Training also receive:

  • Comprehensive descriptions and lesson plans for The Goddess Workout class
  • A 100-page Goddess Workout Licensed Teachers' manual with extensive training materials that expand upon the material introduced in The Goddess Workout Teacher Training
