Working Out with Four Children

I would like to be able to fit in more time for workouts. I love to work out, but I also have four children who take up most of my time between caring for them, running errands, and taking care of the house. By the time I get them all to bed, I am exhausted and fall asleep myself. I need help with ideas on how to fit my workouts in everyday, to stay motivated and to not eat because I am stressed about it all. :)

The above suggestion of doing small segments is good. And the Intro to Goddess is so great because it already is broken up in different segments. Maybe one day you could just do the hip circles segment for instance. Also heres an idea- when your standing at sink doing dishes, Shimmy in place. When you're in the shower, do some undulations, while you're driving, do chest lifts or rib slides! Where there's a will theres a way! You can DO it! You can slip in bellydance moves thru out your day! I practice bellydance moves while driving or stuck in traffic!( who cares if ya get funny looks from other drivers!) When I must practice or work out at home, I pump up the music and dance w/the kids or retreat into the bedroom to work out with my favorite dvds.Sometimes the kids come in and watch or stay occupied with a movie in the den.. I don't get uptight when I can't finish, though..Kids need tons of attention, my man does too..bedroom activities w/him burns calories also, so get that in when you can!!!
