I would like to be able to fit in more time for workouts. I love to work out, but I also have four children who take up most of my time between caring for them, running errands, and taking care of the house. By the time I get them all to bed, I am exhausted and fall asleep myself. I need help with ideas on how to fit my workouts in everyday, to stay motivated and to not eat because I am stressed about it all. :)
